Spring to Life offers a broad range of one to one, group, community-based, and work-based activities and therapies to nurture and support mental and emotional wellness. We recognise people's different pathways to mental health, and so we offer various therapies to suit different needs. These include:
- Talking and learning about ourselves 1 to 1 and in groups, including Counselling for individuals provided by trained counsellors.
- being creative through dance, writing, and music
- Being active out of doors through walking groups, nature conservation activities, and gardening activities at our allotment
- Opportunities to grow and access food in a community space, where people can learn to grow their own food, to eat more healthily
- body based therapies with gentle movement
- Connecting people to community groups and activities in their local area to reduce loneliness and enhance wellbeing
- Corporate workplace programmes to enhance mental health and wellbeing for the workforce
