During 2021 and 2022 Spring to Life has been at work in hotels where people looking to be homed are staying. Roland has offered Touch for Health treatments as well as gentle exercise to reduce stress and anxiety. Philippa has given sessions teaching breathing skills and relaxation techniques to help the parents reduce stress and anxiety. Natalie has been very energetic working with the children and young people in Movement for well-being classes. At other Living Well events Calvert has provided Drumming for Well-being sessions. It’s been great to offer these well-being activities as we’ve gradually been emerging from lockdown and such a deserving client group. We hope to do more such events in the coming months.
